Basic points to consider when evaluating web resources for content:

1. Who developed the site? (are they an authority?)
2. What is the purpose of the site? (commercial? educational? bias?)
3. Who is the target audience?
4. When was the page developed (is the information current?)
5. Is the information verifiable? (can prove it or check elsewhere?)
