Parent News Published by Michael T. Tonjun, Ph.D., a private practice psychologist. The site contains parent information, movie and book reviews, parenting skills, advice, links to other resources and shared experiences. It is a commercial site but has many good things to offer.
Virtual Children's Center Sponsored by the Johns Hopkins University, this site has clinical information research data, and pediatric announcements. The most interesting part of this site is the Points of Pediatric Interest, it is a massive selection of links dealing with medicine, pediatrics, parenting, and general child-health concerns.

Parents and Children Together Online This site allows parents and children to share family stories online. It contains interactive story telling, and help for parents.
