The copyright guidelines for education are meant for classroom use of materials where a teacher has control of the product. They are different if you are going to go public with the media you are using on a Web site. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act talks about this because once you have posted material on a Web site the material is out of your control.  Go to this Web site for the exact legal stipulations of copyright in education. http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/17/110.html This is also a useful site http://www.umuc.edu/library/copy.html#teacher
